Durasteel Vault Solves Deeds Storage Company Problem

To design and install a 240 minute fire resistant media vault in Edes’ new warehouse on the ground floor and enable them to utilise the full height of the warehouse above.

With floor space at a premium, the project required Durasteel’s flexibility to provide a vault facility and maintain the box storage capacity above.

To construct a Durasteel vault on the ground floor with a mezzanine floor above it, to enable multi-tire racking to be supported above the vault, thus maintaining full use of the height of the warehouse.

A provision of a new vault facility, which only Durasteel could provide without compromising on space utilisation and enabling Edes to successfully service the city of London’s Legal and Commercial Services for high risk data.
