Durasteel 2 and 4 hour fire-rated access hatches are bespoke-designed and made, with welded frames to allow for fast and easy fire-rated access for personnel and equipment between structural levels. Durasteel access hatches can be installed into any fire-rated construction, including Durasteel barriers and ceilings, concrete or brick.

Proven Performance
The hatches are available in both single and double leaf configurations in sizes up to 7m x 4m, and feature fire-rated hinges and gas struts for easy and smooth opening and closing, with standard ironmongery including a lever handle. Key locking mechanisms can also be installed to ensure security.
In areas that may be subject to traffic loads passing over the top side, the hatches can be designed to bear additional live loads and finished with a non-slip checkerplate top-side.
